With RheoX, we do not ask customers to change their viscosity control method; we automate the method they already use.

RHEOX automatically monitors the viscosity of ceramic glazes and engobes, immediately signalling any values outside the tolerance limits set by the operator.
Installed between the feed pump and the application machine, RheoX determines viscosity in seconds / Ford Cup Ø4 mm and displays the measured value on the operator panel.
If the measured value deviates from the Set Point beyond the preset tolerance limits, the system activates both an audible and visual alarm. Cleaning cycles are performed automatically.
