DIGITAL ROLL

Roller printing machine studied to exploit the digital technology of the images and colour separation technology. Finally also in ceramic field, it will be possible to speak about printing and not decoration. Thanks to the very high precision and to the innovative data management system and functions control, DIGITAL ROLL besides the traditional decoration system, allows to print the tiles in CMYK mode. The machine management is effected through industrial PC with touch screen panel, with easy and intuitive use, with high speed data transmission thanks to the EtherCAT technology. Possibility of printing with silicone cylinders with diameters from 230 to 550 mm and lengths from 625 to 820 mm. To complete the system, SMAC offers, inside of its laboratory KeraLab, a series of softwares and applications able to fully support the customer during the development of new products, putting at his disposal a digital environment which allows to effect scans, colour separation and printing simulations with real effect.

Machine composed of: structure in stainless steel, motorised transport with toothed, inextensible bands, lateral guides with fast size regulation, printing head group with motorised aligning system; automatic glaze feeding and collecting system, adjustable cleaning-group with pre sharpened blade, electronic control with unique touch screen panel with recipes setting at fast recall. Printing functions: CENTERED mode, SYNCHRONISED mode, RANDOM mode, and UP-DOWN mode.
