MULTIGLAZE

Technical specifications
The nebulisation of glaze/engobe is done by 2 or 3 centrifugal upper units and up to 6 centrifugal lateral units. Each centrifugal unit is adjustable in height, inclination, incidence angle, speed and rotation way. The independent transport guarantees the full
recovery of the glaze/engobe and allows an easy installation into production line. Colour feeding is done by a pneumatic pump with pulsations compensation system. A new cleaning automatic system allows to obtain in few minutes an optimal washing of all the parts inside the cabin with the glaze automatic recovery and waste of washing waters. The entire system is controlled by an electronic command board with PLC and inverter.
It’s available in version from 3 up to 9 spraying units and with lengths from 3000 up to 5000 mm
