AUTOMATIC AIRLESS PUMP

24.03.2020

3D PUMP

Automatic airless pump for the application of high abrasion products such as glazes, engobes and crystalline. The machine is powered by electric motor coupled with a diaphragm pump, where the diaphragms are moved by a system consisting of three pistons positioned at 120° among each other. This solution, together with pulse damper with 04/06 glaze exits, allows to have a constant pressure and to optimize the product spraying in constant way. Full-time work without intervention of factory workers.

The control system will be able to reach and to maintain constant the glaze pressure value set by the operator.

The system will manage a photocell to control the passage of tiles and in case of lack of pieces it will automatically reduce the working pressure to a "standby" value in order to save the nozzles life, then it will reset promptly the set working value at the arrival of next piece.

The glaze delivery is kept at constant pressure thanks to a sensor with back-action.

Electric board with PLC and colour touch-screen 4,7", complete of:

-automatic and manual mode;

-nozzles block control;

-tile control flow photocell with automatic stand-by;

-historical production data;

-multi-language control;

-ball valves in zirconium material;

-new pump body in stainless steel and aluminum;

-new control board with larger HMI;

-new high-resolution pressure control.

Technical features:

Maximum pressure: 20 bar – 30 bar

Maximum delivery: 15 lts/min – 30 lts/min

Power: 0,75 kW – 1,1 kW
