Reverso is a roller decorating machine for printing and applying engobe to the reverse side of tiles as they proceed along the glazing line. This application prevents contamination due to direct contact between the tile and the ceramic rollers in the kiln during firing.
Incorrect or nonuniform application of these products may result in serious damage, including rapid deterioration of the ceramic rollers, deformation of tile flatness and undesirable accumulation of tiles inside the kiln.
These issues are often timeconsuming and costly to resolve, resulting in severe delays and production losses.
Thanks to the laserengraved silicone roller application system, Reverso ensures perfect and uniform engobe application to the rear face of the tiles with the possibility of controlled application weights. It avoids all product wastage, does not contaminate the tile edges and is able to print logos and other designs.
Available for sizes up to 1800 mm wide, it uses silicone cylinders with lengths from 1020 mm to 2200 mm.
