Composed of support frame, independent transport, application booth with orientable towers, automatic slip\/glaze feeding system with recycling, automatic washing device with separate recovery of waste water and electronic management panel controlled by PLC and inverters. <\/p>\n<p>OPTIONAL:<br \/>\nAUTOMATIC WASHING DEVICE<br \/>\nConsisting of:<br \/>\nhigh-pressure electric pump; motorized rotating nozzles; electric control panel with PLC and photocell; set of solenoid valves for controlling water\/glaze flow. The device performs accurate automatic washing, creating the necessary space on the glazing line. Washing can be performed manually by the operator by pressing a button or automatically every &#8220;x&#8221; minutes\/hours. During washing, the booth&#8217;s waste water is automatically conveyed to a separate container or to the discharge channel.   <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"page-title\">Technical Specifications<\/h4>\n<div class=\"text-justify mb-20\">Slip\/glaze atomization occurs through 2 or 3 upper centrifugal units and up to 6 lateral centrifugal units.<br \/>\nAll individual centrifugal units are adjustable in height, inclination, angle of incidence and direction of rotation. The independent transport ensures total slip\/glaze recovery and facilitates installation on the production line. Color feeding occurs through a pneumatic pump with pulsation compensation system. New automatic cleaning system that allows excellent washing of all internal parts of the booth in just a few minutes with automatic glaze<x id=\"gid_1\"><\/x>recovery and waste water disposal.
